Refunds

If Multistage Sidechain is not what you expected — it does not fit your workflow, it does not behave the way you hoped, or you simply changed your mind — email support@hakunaaudio.com within 14 days of purchase and you get your money back. You do not have to explain why.
Why the policy is this generous
There is no demo build yet. Rather than ask you to buy on faith, the refund is the trial: install it, put it on a real session, and decide with the plugin actually running in your own music.
Under EU law a seller may ask you to waive the right of withdrawal on digital content as soon as the download starts. We do not ask for that waiver. The 14 days run from your purchase whether you downloaded it or not.
How to request one
- 01 Email support@hakunaaudio.com from the address you bought with, or include your order number.
- 02 Say you want a refund. That is the whole message; no justification needed.
- 03 Your licence is deactivated and the refund is issued through Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
If something is broken rather than unwanted, it is worth writing before you ask for the refund — a lot of problems turn out to be a routing or install issue that takes one email to solve. But the refund stands either way.
After a refund
The licence is void and the software must be uninstalled. Music you already made with it is unaffected and remains yours. Repeated buy-and-refund cycles on the same account may be declined.
Statutory rights
This policy is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under consumer law. If the software is faulty you retain every remedy the law gives you regardless of when you bought it. See the terms for the full agreement.
