There is no ticket system and no support tier. One person wrote this plugin and that is who answers the email.

Before you write
The manual covers every control, and its troubleshooting section answers the four questions that come up most: the plugin not appearing after install, nothing ducking, Phase Lock declining to move the alignment, and the window freezing.
Reporting a bug
A report I can act on beats a fast reply. Please include:
- Your host and version — Ableton Live 12.1, FL Studio 24, and so on.
- CLAP or VST3, and your Windows version.
- What you did, what happened, what you expected. Even roughly. "Stage 3 at 1/8 and it clicked on every other bar" is enough to start.
-
The log file, if the plugin misbehaved. It lives at
%TEMP%\multistage_sidechain.log— paste that path into Explorer's address bar and attach the file.
Known issues
Kept public and current, so nothing you run into is a surprise.
Occasional plugin window freeze
The plugin's own window sometimes stops redrawing and stops responding to clicks. Audio is not affected — the session keeps playing and every parameter keeps doing what it was set to. Closing and reopening the plugin window recovers it.
It has been traced to the redraw loop of the windowing framework rather than to the audio or interface code, and a fix is being worked on. Reports with your host and Windows version genuinely help.
Licence and activation
Your serial was emailed at the moment of purchase — check spam if you cannot find it, then write to me and I will resend it.
A purchase activates up to three machines you own. New computer, dead drive, fresh Windows install? Email me and I will reset your activations. There is no limit on how often, and no charge.
Refunds
14 days, no questions asked. Write from the address you bought with and say you want a refund — you do not have to justify it. Full terms are on the refunds page.
Feature requests
Welcome, and read. Multistage Sidechain is deliberately one plugin that does the sidechain job well rather than a processor that does everything, so not everything gets built — but the things that do get built come from these emails.
