The short version
This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party trackers. Nothing you do here is profiled. The only personal data that exists is what you send when you buy the plugin or email for help.
Controller
TODO — nombre legal o razón social (TODO — NIF / CIF), TODO — dirección fiscal, Spain. Contact: support@hakunaaudio.com.
Visiting the site
The web server records standard request logs — IP address, time, page requested, browser user agent — for security and to keep the server running. They are kept for a short period and are not linked to any identity. Legal basis: legitimate interest in operating a secure service.
Buying
Checkout runs on Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record and as an independent controller for the payment. They collect your name, email, billing country and payment details, and issue your invoice. We never see or store your card details. Their handling of that data is covered by Lemon Squeezy's privacy policy.
We receive your name, email address and order details in order to issue your licence and provide support. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
Activation
When you activate the plugin, our activation server receives your serial and a machine identifier derived from your computer, so that the three-machine limit can be enforced and so we can reset it when you ask. It returns a signed licence file that is then stored and verified on your own computer.
The plugin does not connect to us again after that. It does not report what you make, what host you use, or when you open it. There is no telemetry.
If you write for support, that message and your address are kept as long as needed to help you and to keep a record of the issue. If you attach a log file, it contains diagnostic information about the plugin — no audio and no personal content.
Retention
Licence and order records are kept while the licence is valid, and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Server logs are kept briefly. Support email is kept until it is no longer useful.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to support@hakunaaudio.com and it will be handled within one month. Deleting your licence record means the licence can no longer be reactivated or supported.
You may also complain to your national data protection authority — in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
