Refund Policy

We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the product has not been activated.

Once a product is activated, or once 14 days have passed since purchase, the purchase is no longer eligible for a refund.

If you are experiencing a technical issue, contact us before requesting a refund. We will first do our best to help you resolve the issue. In exceptional cases, we may approve a refund for a verified technical problem at the discretion of our support team.

To request a refund, email support@hakunaaudio.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used at checkout

Eligible refund requests are processed within 48 hours. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Your license to use the software is covered by our terms.
